Each crystal is made in Britain using state-of-the-art laser engraving, which directs precise beams into the glass to capture your image with real depth and detail. Our in-house artists enhance every image using a combination of AI-assisted and manual retouching, so your photo looks its best before engraving. You can add a personal text message, and an LED light base (sold separately) lifts the engraving beautifully when lit. Every order arrives in a gift box or velvet pouch, ready to give.

Frequently asked questions

What photo works best? A clear, well-lit photo of faces gives the best result — but you don't need a perfect image. We can work with pretty much any photo, including pictures taken on older phones, low-resolution shots, and blurred or imperfect images. Our in-house artists digitally enhance every photo using a combination of AI tools and manual retouching, so even an imperfect picture can be turned into a stunning engraving. If you're unsure about your photo, send it over and we'll advise you before going ahead.

Does the engraving fade? No. The image is etched inside the glass, so it never fades, wears, or discolours.

Do I need a light base? It's optional. The crystal looks striking on its own, but an LED light base enhances the engraving when lit.

Can you use an old or damaged photo? Yes. Our artists can restore and enhance older or imperfect pictures as part of the design process.
